MANAGUA – This year, the city of Managua, Nicaragua will host the 5th edition of the Central American University Games (JUDUCA) to be held from 6 to April 12. Hosted in Nicaragua this year, this edition of the games wil commemorate the centenary of the Nicaraguan student movement.
JUDUCA are held every two years with the aim of promoting the sport in Public Universities in Central America and the Caribbean. The games are organized by the University Council (CSUCA) and the Regional Council of Student Life (CONREVE). These Games are the major multi-sport event that takes place in this region.
Student-athletes will compete in 10 disciplines, i.e. chess, athletics, basketball, football, futsal, volleyball, karate, taekwondo, judo and baseball.
