Kazan has won several awards in the framework of the ISEM awards.

Standing for International Sport Event Management, ISEM is an annual conference in the industry among sports event management professionals.

During the 2013 edition that is being currently held in London (4-6 November), the city of Kazan has won several awards for the organisation of the Universiade in July 2013.

First award: The Most Innovative Event

First award: Event Look

Third award: Best Use of Sponsorship

Highly recommended: Sport City

These awards are a wonderful recognition of the work achieved by the city of Kazan to host the Universiade and there is no doubt that they will be an integral part of the great FISU legacy for the city.
