ALICANTE Alicante is one of the most flourishing cities in Spain. It is the fourth city in Spanish with a total GDP behind Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. This expansion is reflected in the tourist offers in Spain, thanks to the fantastic climate in this part of the country, with a mix of modernity and traditional corners in the mountain regions. Indeed, great contrasts exist between the tourist areas and the silence in the mountains.

CICIn this scene, all preparations for the 18th edition of the WUC Orienteering are being made in the Sports Service at the University of Alicante for the hosted by CEDU, el Comité Espanol del Deporte Universitario (Spanish Committee of the University Sport) from July 1st to 6th , 2012 and the University of Alicante.
