Endorsed Events: FISU and WBF organizing the 3rd World Online University Team Championships

BRUSSELS – After 2007 and 2009, FISU and the World Bridge Federation have launched the registration for the 3^rd World Online University Team Championships. The registration will be open until December 15^th, 2011 and the teams must be composed of 4 to 6 players from the same country.

With more than 35 teams already registered, this edition has already broken the participation records (34 teams in 2009). Last edition was taken by Australia and many teams hope to be the next winner of a tournament which will start on the beginning of 2012.

Bridge is a very successful sport within the FISU program, and the 6^th World University Bridge Championship will take place in Reims, France in July 2012.
