SHENZHEN – Few days before the beginning of the 26th Universiade, delegates from the FISU Sport Department visited a number of the venues in order to inspect them and insure a smooth running of the Games.
Doping control, training facilities and issues related to the competitions were assessed in Athletics, Swimming, Basketball stadiums as well as in Badminton, Football and Weightlifting venues.
More inspections will be held in the days to come, in order to the athletes taking part to the Universiade the best conditions of competition.
Delegates of the FISU Protocol witnessed a rehearsal of the Opening Ceremony in the ‘Spring Cocoon’.
