The parties discussed further cooperation, prospects of volunteering movement development in the region and internship of two Tyumen students that qualified through the Shenzhen 2011 volunteer selection program to travel to the China as part of Russia’s national delegation.

Evgenia Myasnikova, Director of the Department of Sport and Youth Policy of the Tyumen Region, admitted that involvement of Tyumen students in such a large-scale event had stirred up passionate interest of youth organisations in both the 2013 Summer Universiade and volunteering movement as well.
