SHENZHEN – From April 12th to 15th, the protocol team of FISU was in Shenzhen at the occasion of the Heads of Delegations meeting.
The team composed of Malumbete M. Ralethe, First Assessor; Pedro Dias, Assessor and Kolë Gjeloshaj, Director of Protocol-Chief of Staff to the President, met with the members of the Organizing Committee regarding the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
They also visited the sites of the 24 sports at the program of the Games in order to prepare the medal awarding ceremonies and check in each venue all matters related to protocol from the VIP seating, lounges to the car access…
The visits ended by a general meeting on both matters in which was decided the administrative co-operation between FISU and the OC in this last crucial period of the preparation of the biggest Games ever in the history of FISU with an expected number of participants reaching 12,000.
