Another Gold for Ukraine

ERZURUM – February 4th – Who but the Ukrainians could hope to take the mixed relay? The team was totally irresistible, with the Medallists from the previous events: Artem Pryma, Sergii Semenov, Svitlana Krykonchk and Vita Semerenko — they finished 2 minutes 28 seconds ahead of the Russians (!) and 3 minutes 47 seconds in front of the Bulgarians. This is a magnificent victory for Team Ukraine as they managed to control the race and to beat a very strong Russian Team. It was also a fantastic show in this superb brand new biathlon venue located in Kandili.

Tomorrow, the Competition will continue with the Mass start 15-12.5km events.
