Hadise and Bekir KorkmazERZURUM – Famous Turkish pop star Hadise performed for two hours on stage at the concert organised by the 2011 WU General Coordination. At the end of her concert she thanked Mr.Korkmaz, General Coordinator of the 2011 WU. ’I’d like to thank Mr. Bekir Korkmaz and his team for giving me the opportunity to meet with you all. A great organization will be held in Erzurum and I’m inviting all people in İstanbul and Turkey to meet at the Anatolian Peak’, she said. Hadise will perform at the Opening Ceremony of 2011 WU.
Ticket Sales Started
The ceremony and games tickets were put up for sale on January 1st through the organizations national website www.erzurum2011.gov.tr. Spectator Services and Ticketing Committee Director Dursun Katkat stated that ‘Tickets can be purchased online. Our citizens need to hurry as they will go fast.’
