KAZAN – The Universiade Village hosted yet another cultural and entertainment event named «Saturday Fever» on November 27th.
The event was organized by the United Student Council of the Universiade Village with the support of the Kazan 2013 Executive Committee. Saturday Fever was aimed at bringing together students living in different residence halls by holding various games.
For two hours the residents of the student campus participated in competitions and funny race games.
The event drew nearly 200 students that represent Kazan Federal University (KFU), Kazan State Finance and Economics Institute and Tatar State Humanitarian Pedagogical University.
The Universiade Village also hosted a Table Tennis Championship among combined teams of the Universiade Village and the KFU residence halls. The tournament gathered 25 top players that got through the elimination round. The tough struggle ended with the win of the KFU residence halls.
