2011 WU Update: Turkey became 3rd in Short Track Anatolian Cup Competition

ERZURUM – The Short Track test event which took place in Erzurum has ended. At the event, which was held in the ice hockey arena in the Palandöken district, a total of 51 athletes took part:

Men’s Individual:
1-Viktor Knoch (Hungary)
2-Bence Beres (Hungary)
3-Assen Pandov (Bulgaria)
4-Milos Vigas (Slovakia)
5-Bence Olah (Hungary)
Women’s Individual:
1-Szandra Lajtos (Hungary)
2-Andrea Keszler (Hungary)
3-Veronika Denes (Hungary)
4-Zsofia Konya (Hungary)
5.Tatiana Bodova (Slovakia)
3,000 Meter Relay Women:
1-Hungary
2-Slovakia-Bulgaria
3-Turkey
4-Romania
5,000 Thousand Meter Relay Men:
1-Hungary
2-Slovakia
3-Turkey
4-Bulgaria

Athletes have recieved their medals from FISU Chair for Short Track Speed Skating Chul-Hi Chang, Turkish Ice Skating Federation Board of Director Ercüment Yıldırım and from other officials.
