BRUSSELS – On November 3rd, the head of the International Department of Universiade 2013 in Kazan, Russian Federation, Evgenyia Yakina, had a working meeting with Kolë Gjeloshaj, FISU Director of Protocol on the Master Plan developed by the Organizing Committee on all related subjects of the Protocol including the attachés and transportation for the VIP’s.
The delegation of Kazan is at the FISU HQ in Brussels for a two days working session.
