After a successful Scientific Forum staged during the 2009Winter Universiade in Harbin, China, another edition of this educational event will take place during the 25th Winter Universiade in Erzurum, Turkey, more precisely from January 24th to 27th, 2011.

Participants will be hosted by Atatürk University, one of the oldest universities of Turkey (founded in 1957) and the largest educational complex in the region (Eastern Anotolia). The university provides learning opportunities for Turkish and international students in almost all contemporary fields. It is a university campus with 17 faculties, 5 colleges, 15 vocational high schools, 6 institutes, 16 research centers, around 40 000 students, and 2500 academic staff.
