The Committee for the Study of University met on February 13th, 2009, at Harbin Engineering University (HEU) in Harbin, P.R. China.
The first part of the meeting was dedicated to the report of the Organising Committee Scientific Sport Congress and to the visit of the venues that will welcome the Opening Ceremony and the working sessions.
The members listened to the progress report of Mr. Dusan Mitic, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education of Belgrade University, which will be organising and welcoming the FISU Conference of the 25th Universiade.
After having analysed the dossier of Vigo, the members of the CESU confirmed the attribution of the 2010 Forum to the Spanish city.
